Privacy policy

This policy covers the PausEvo app for Android phones, Wear OS watches and iPhone and this website, pausevo.com. PausEvo is a gym rest timer and sauna timer. It is built to work without collecting any personal data.
What we collect
Nothing. The app has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not send any data to us or to anyone else.
What stays on your phone
Everything you create stays on your phone, in the app's private storage:
- your workout templates and settings;
- the progress of the workout you are doing;
- the alarm sound you choose (Pro): a sound file you pick is copied into the app so it keeps working; for a phone alarm tone only its name and location are saved. The app does not read any other files.
Uninstalling the app deletes all of it from the phone. We have no copy, so we cannot recover it. If backup is turned on in your phone's settings, the phone's own backup (your Google account on Android, iCloud or your computer on iPhone) may keep a copy of the app's data, so it comes back on a new phone. That backup belongs to your account; we can't see it.
Purchases
Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone. We never see your name, email or payment details. The app only asks the store whether your account owns Pro, so that Pro can be restored after a reinstall. The store's own privacy policy applies to the purchase: Google, Apple.

The app does not use your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or health data.
This website
pausevo.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers, and loads nothing from other companies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not use that data to identify you.
If you email us
If you write to support, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to answer you and delete them when they are no longer needed. We never share them.
Children
The app is not aimed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Your rights
Because we hold no data about app users, there is nothing to access, correct or delete. If you emailed us, you can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
